Jumper positions with Edge EZ
I have an Edge EZ and was wondering if it has a setting with the little jumpers for fuel only. I could swear that it has a setting that is for fueling only but cannot find my original paperwork and the Edge tech I talked to said it is timing only with the EZ.

Some one should probably back me up or correct me on this, but I don't think there is a fuel only setting. IIRC, setting 1 is timing only, setting 2 is timing and added fuel at 10psi boost, and setting 3 is timing and added fuel at 3psi boost.

My EZ was made in 2004, so it is rated at 50 hp max. The newer ones are rated at 60 hp, but I am at a loss as to how they get there. I should probably just get a Smarty.

Blue Chip says that thier injector pump has the maximum amount of timing that the engine can tolerate, so I was looking to just add some fuel to get back some of the "git up an' go" that the truck used to have.

the older edge ez did have a jumper, and when I checked mine (bought new) it was in the highest posn, if I recall correctly it was only a few hp difference and more for smoke control, I played around with it and found no measurable difference, or smoke difference for that matter
