what about a resistor on the sensor, would that work for the computer? do i have to buy one of these or can i make one(boost elbow). would it be a huge mistake to do this without guages or will it not raise it that much? like i said she cant quite afford a box yet

There's no resistors here. BHAF= Big Honk'n Air Filter. I haven't run one for a while so I dont remember what the part number is. I wouldn't use a BHAF though. I like the new filters that are out. They are nanu (sp?) fiber. They are like a k$n, but you dont have to wash them. You just blow them out with 20 psi and put it back in. They were made for the military by donalson. Look for exhaust on ebay. It's cheap and it works. I got mine off there and it's lasted for the last 3 yrs. You could also look for and edge ez, van aaken, or power puck on ebay. The usually go pretty cheap. I know some place had power pucks on sale for like 185.00 new. I had one on my pickup for a while and it worked the same as an ez.

????? The box will fool the computer. There is no need for a resistor!

there is no need on uping the boost on a stock (fuel wise) truck. More boost dosnt mean more power. You have to add fuel to need the extra boost

well you can get a edge comp (120hp) for cheap on ebay. Obviously get gauges first. Then from there you can upgrade clutch or tranny (std or auto) then get some big sticks and a new turbo....
