Juice Att vs Quadzilla Adrenaline

Well we went to the dark side..

If everything works out, I will be picking up a 99 24V Dually in Florida on Friday.

This will be our tow rig. I want power to tow a combined weight of 33,000lbs as well as be able to turn it up and be fun to drive when running empty.

I have installed a few Juice/Atts on the 24 valves, but have not gotten a Quadzilla Adrenaline in yet.

Has anyone directly compared the 2? I am leaning towards the Adrenaline as I like the turbo timer and updatability.

Thanks for the input!

The ONLY upside to the juice is that it has a monitor that allows you to see all the parameters at the same time. Besides that, no comparison....

Maybe Quadzilla will package the Commander or integrate it, that would be sweet!

I think it will happen down the road. I hope it does to make watching things way easier than switching on the fly...

Dark Side! I am offended
Well I hope you kept the 1998.0?.. I am so worried that one like that would be my next impulse buy.
Sorry, this was so OT

We still have 2 98 12vs, a 96 12v, & a 95 12v.

We will be towing the 2 98 12v pulling trucks with this new 24v

I just bought a 44 foot trailer and a SRW just won't cut it for a tow rig towing that heavy..

I've ran both the Juice and the Adrenaline. Juice for 8 months, Adrenaline since October. Adrenaline has more bottom end, smoother power delivery, and less smoke. Mileage seems so identical that I can't tell any difference. The small monitor is a downside, but Quad is going to integrate the commander soon. The adjustability is great on the Adrenaline. The turbo timer on the Juice is a lot smoother, truck idles as if the key was on till the egt preset is met and then normal shut down. The Adrenaline almost dies when the key is hit and then catches itself at the last second, 450 RPM or so, then idles normal till timer is off. Quad will undoubtedly refine this some so I'm not too worried, just saying that honestly the edge is superior in turbo timer as of right now.

The egt based defueling of the Adrenaline is silky smooth, whereas the edge egt defueling is aggressive and a total cutoff of fuel and power.

The Adrenaline gauges seem to respond a little faster, kind of annoying trying to read the boost psi off the ever changing map sensor, but the ultra fast egt readout is superior in my opinion.

If you do want to be able to play hard, I would wait for the Adrenaline. I like the power delivery better, and I'm sure with the USB updates, and high powered processor, the Adrenaline will be the king of boxes in a few months.

Make sure you take care of your fuel delivery system as well. The stock lift pumps on these things are junk. I don't know if you've done anything to your truck yet, but a fuel pressure gauge is a must.
The adrenaline will be offered with a commander unit, but it will be different from the current one and will only work with the Adrenaline. There will also be a 3rd stage of the adrenaline, but quads not saying what it is yet. He just says that it'll blow everyone away when they see it.

3rd stage is gonna be awesome for sure, but stage 1 is better than anything I've run this far.
