Maybe it came with the truck when he bought and wants more info???.....I don't know anything about it other than an add I saw in the TDR mag years ago.....the add just says something like a 50% increase in performance at the flip of a switch but that is it.....the add didn't really have any more info than that........you could try jvdeng.ws.......

Yea, CTD NUT, That's what I had found too. I was wondering what they meant by 50% increase in performance. What it translates into HP.

The Comp w/wire tap comes close to a true 50% RWHP increase from stock when it is cranked up to the max and it is hard to imagine that the Torque enhancer in on par with the Comp.....I did not see a MAP sensor plug in the photo that I saw of the TE so it makes me wonder about the limitations of it.......there appears to be very little info out there on it.......how much of a difference does it make when you turn it on?

CTD NUT,

It does have an adapter that goes between the map sensor and the plug. There is some increase in power, but no change in th EGT

Check with Haisley Machine, they are the direct source for these. There are a few of the Haisley 24 Valve pullers that use them and are Very competitive.

I got one on my truck, it is a fueling only box. The boost fooler they send with it is what plugs into the map sensor. This thing really fuels, I have a hot version, they can upgrade for a small price. I have no dyno #'s yet, should by the 10th of april, but this thing has made my truck very competitive pulling. The torque enhancer an hx-40 and a set of 125 hp injectors got me 19th at muncie last year, I would have done better with some smaller tires.
