jammer nozzles in WOW

Well I got the jammer stage 5 nozzles in and wow them things are bad, If your thinking about injectors man do it you will be HAPPY and for the price verse a comp box you can not beat the power for the price I paid under 300 shipped and the injectors looked great tested and ready to install. give Bryan a call at Dynamic Motors 254-366-3586. The only problem is I think I am maxing out the stock Turbo I can peg my 0-35 psi boost guage with the box off. what is a good safe boost level for a stock turbo? is there anything I can do to keep it under 35? I would love to turn the box on 5.5 and see what will happen man what a ride that would be I am going to get another guage that goes to 60 psi and see just what it is doing. I would hate to blow up the turbo.

for stock turbos

whether HX35 or XY35, neither can go over 35 PSI for making beneficial boost that dont hurt your power.. Mine hits 30 psi like nothing..

Mine would hit 38psi easy, it is getting the HTT stage 3 conversion, hopefully it will withstand higher pressures in the twin setup.

It's only bad if you plan on it to lasting for a while.

An external wastegate is the solution to your problem.

A wastegate is basically a turbo regulator. It will keep boost below a certain set point.

You stock turbo comes with a wastegate, but it's too small. It's also set for 21psi, so when boost exceeds 21psi, the gate opens and boost comes back to 21psi.

A wastegate allows exhaust to bypass the turbine section, going straight into the exhaust.

The stock (internal) wastegate is too small and hard to control. An external gate will flow a LOT more exhaust, which allows more air flow even at lower boost pressures. It's also more tuneable, so you can set it to the EXACT boost you want to maintain.

Some are swing valve (like the one pictured), but most are poppet-style valves.
