Re:Jack's Pusher Pump Install
So far, 18 idle, 12 cruise and about 10 WOT. We had some bumps in the road though, so I'll repost my numbers later with more accurate readings. Right off the bat though, that's up from 4-5 WOT. Expect more to come.

There was a minute where it dropped to 8 wot. Once I get the bugs worked out, I will try it with the wire, but i have a feeling that my lift pump is very tired as well. i should have replaced that the other day, but didn't think about it.

Re:Jack's Pusher Pump Install
Was wondering if you got that press with wire hooked?
My new lift pump press would not drop below 10 or 11 with the EZ, but with the Comp on 5x5 I see it go down to 6 or 7 psi. Still I'm happy with that, I think its a good pump, hope it holds up.

Re:Jack's Pusher Pump Install
The mounting plate and pump bowl hang down *below* the frame, right? That's an issue for those of us who have to climb a few boulders and ford the occasional stream with our 4x4's. Doesn't look like there's much room to tuck it up further.
Looks sweet for you road warriors, though. Nice install.

That's why I have a Holley blue inside the frame rail. I would have lost the pump Jack has mounted long ago.

AlpineRAM

Re:Jack's Pusher Pump Install
The pump is bigger than your average pusher pump, that's for sure

The bowl sticks about an inch below the frame area. The bracket is lower, but can be cut. I decided to leave mine, and will put a steel plate in front of the pump as well, just for added protection. This is what we had to do for the 4x2

Jack:
Looks like one of those twist lock plastic fuse holders if I am not mistaken. I have had MISERABLE luck with those on the exterior of a vehicle, especially in cold weather. They get brittle and break. Might want to re-think that, or carry a spare fuse AND holder.
Also, is the lower bowl avaliable in stainless or anything other than polycarbonate?
Also also, what is the micron rating on the filter?
Nice install - cheers.

I was going to use a Scotch Lock connector, but decided against it after seeing Banshee's setup with the grabber. Once I get that, I'll pierce the wire, hopefully this week, ya goon
