There are a few tweaks to be made, loose ends to tidy up and a gauge to be upgraded , and an additional guage to be added. Hopefully that all translates into dyno ing some time in the next 2 weeks. I think I need to call Peter, already and get plans under way for a new clutch. When its al buttoned Up there will be picture of the toys.

Update
After a week of driving with the twins things are great.
Max EGT so far is 1150° down from 1425°.
The big charger is makeing 15psi when the intake pressure is at 55psi. The max boost I have seen so far is between 60 and 65 psi ( I need someone to sit in the back seat and watch the gauges so i can watch the road). Smoke is way down I guess I need bigger injectors. I can hit 40 psi on injectors only. An IAT gauge is on the way and temps will be checked between stages, pre intercooler and at the hat when the gauge arrives. I also plan to check drive pressure and dyno in the next couple of weeks.

Are you sure that is right?
The PDR 40/3B setup makes 30-35 from the 3B and my setup will hit a max of 38 from the B/B.

I may be a bit off, there are plans for more test runs with a video camera on the gauges to doulbe check everything.
The set up I have is an HX35/16 and a BHT3B/26. I am not running a wastegate in the set up. If I build too much boost I will switch the 16 to an 18, probabbly will have to go to the 18 when I upgrade the injectors.
There are pics of the set up in my photo gallery. Ryan's Pics

I have a port on the piping between the outlet big charger and the inlet to the little charger. If you look real close at the pic in my last post you can just make out the brass fitting and the plastic line, it almost looks like it is part of the exhaust elbow. The port is just after the outlet before any of the bends in the piping.
This shows it a little better.

I finally got all of the gauges installed along with a clutch and Input shaft that I don' t have to worry about.
Intercoolers are amizing things! I have a temp gauge in the "cold air" outlet of the HX35 and in the intake horn. I made a moderate to hard run through the gears with an empty truck. I was able to see 334° at the HX35 but at the horn the the temp was only 104°. The out side temps were in the high 80s along with the humidity. Its amazing how fast the gauge in the outlet of the HX35 will climb and how slowly it drops back down.
More playing/testing to come.
