I have had mine for probably 6 months now and no problems. Have you checked and made sure none of the wiring or anything is messed up instead of the guage?

So i was hoping someone might be able to tell me so i dont gotta check the whole wiring system again.... It didnt completely die though, it slowly dropped over a period of about 10 mins from 300 to 0 .. any ideas ???

Mine does it too. But only every 2 months, or 6 months, or whenever. It'll sometimes start working again in a couple of minutes. It always goes back to normal if I shut down and re-start the truck. I've been meaning to check the wiring but it's so intermittent that I forget to do it. It's an age thing, I guess.

It IS the wiring, Mine dose it on and off, but between changing things in and out on the truck and working on everyone elses things it gets no attention!

Sorry but no problems here.... 4 yrs and 120,000 miles since the install. Did change out the probe after 100,000 miles. Heard they can get worn/desensitized... but my readings stayed the same!
Been very happy with mine. Sounds like wiring trouble.

Hot Isspro.
I had an Isspro EGT gauge on my '99 for seven years. It always read 100-150* hot. I could sit in the driveway for five minutes and it'd read 450*. I had the correct probe in the correct spot. I loved the multiple colored heat zones on mine. I'm running the Westach combo on the new one and love it so far.

MIne has been working fine for 2 years now... I also went the extra mile and slodered all the wires.. experience from past electrical demonds have led me to solder everything.. Whala... no more demonds!!!...
