Isspro Pyro thermocouple
Hey, the thermocouple sensor was damaged when I was removing it doing my head gasket. I have the EVA gauges in my 97 and wanted to know if anyone had the part number off hand? I looked on the Isspro site and they have the 650 and 650HT. For exhaust I would assume the HT or high temp sensor is needed but would like to confirm before I order.
On an aside, I noticed the thermocouple was cracked on the tip end when I pulled it out. Its been in there for 8 years for sure, but I was surprised to see it was cracked.

The cracks are right at the tip. I think I got the lower grade pyro thermocouple when I bought the gauges, about 7 years ago.. So some time at 1500°F+ probably hasn't helped.
Gonna get the 650 HT..
Few pics.. picture 1 is downstream side and picture 2 is upstream side facing the engine.

Follow up from Isspro. I got a call back from them and they were very helpful in spec-ing out the right thermocouple. The 658S is the adjustable thermocouple that would be the replacement. They were good enough at Isspro to hook me up with their supplier here in Canada so shipping isn't an issue or extra cost. All in all another awesome customer service call from Isspro

17 years and over 350k miles on both my Isspro pyros.
Still work perfect, don't think I even want to look at the sensor.
I've been told that removing and reinstalling the thermocouple can damage it, better to just leave it be.

I didn't want to remove it, but had to. I was pulling the manifold off and I'm glad I did pull it anyway. If that tip let go and went through the turbo it would be $60 for the thermocouple vs another $1500 for the turbo.
