Here are some figures on my Pyrometer.<br>At Idle 275-300 degrees<br>At 70 mph in overdrive on level 550-600 degrees<br>In rolling foothills at 70 mph in overdrive 400-900 degrees<br><br>All of course are non-towing and no more than 500# in bed.<br><br>Boost at Idle 0 psi<br><br>Boost at WOT pulling 75 grade at 70 mph in OD, 23 psi.<br><br>Boost pulling hills on county roads 12-17 psi<br><br>Doug said, "But why not stuff something into the end of the tailpipe?" A peeler core for landscaping will work. <br><br>The biggest challenge was the wiring because you need child sized hands under dash.<br><br>A word of caution, Before poking around in all the wiring around the steering column, Disconnect the power to the Airbag. There are two fuses in the under the hood fuse box which disconnect power to the airbags. This allows you to use a tester doing your wiring without fear of gettin slammed in the face.
