Installing A 95 GPH FASS

My lift pump is on the side of my motor. Do I have to drop the tank to install this FASS? Is it just a quick disconnect at the top of the tank that I have to disconnect?

I think it is similar to the airdog and I didnt have to drop the tank its a little tricky getting to it but you can do it without dropping tank. Diesel dan can prob confirm on the fass unit.

You do not have to drop the tank. It is a Quick-Connect. It is pretty though to get off. I used needle nose to hold the tabs together and pulled the line off.

I installed a FASS 95 on my truck and it took about 2 1/2 hrs to complete. For me, removing the fitting on the truck took me about 5 minutes to do. I thought the hardest part was the push-lock fittings since I do not have a heat gun.

They are the ones that come with your FASS. Easier to push them onto fittings when heated to soften them up!

What i did for the fittings when I installed my airdog is put fittings in freezer and let them shrink just a little bit and put little oil in hose and sled right in. Since I didnt have a heat gun. Just another option.
