Installed new injectors

To all who were waiting for pictures of the $0.63 injector pulling tool. I installed a set of Deisel Dynamics Stage 4s, they are a little bigger then 370s but have less smoke. I was told that they should have 20-40 more HP then 370s but who knows? I have seen very little smoke since I put them in.

The main reason for this post is to show the injector puller I used. All it is, is a lug nut (same size as truck) and a piece of 3/4 conduit cut 1+3/8" long. I can tell you this it works great It was so easy to get the injectors out, maybe took 15 minutes to change all 6 injectors.

I have posted pictures in my gallery of the lug nut and pipe on and off of an injector.

I hope this will help some of you who are going to change your injectors, at $.63 it is the cheapest tool in my box.

Thanks for everyones help and info ( Bill+Jim )

I guess the 12 valve injectors are different. My roommate and I just used a valve cover bolt to pull his out on his 24v. Pretty slick invention though.

Guys

Its not my invention, I just took some pictures to make it easier for other members to understand and to see a cheap + easy way to do it. As for parts on my hood, its only a car and you can see that they are the new injectors not the dirty old ones
