installed #10 plate, No power??
I put im my # 10 today and it didnt make much more power?
I adjusted the afc's stuff and it helped, i get a little smoke off idle and a haze when the boost hits for a sec. thin nothing. It feels like 25-30 hp maybe. they said it would make a 80-125 hp increase on the 96 pump. ( stock)
i mover it all the was forways also.
any help?

Do you have a manual? If not, it's only supposed to add about 40 hp. Maybe you were expecting too much by a lot of people saying "WOW! What a huge difference it made!"

dont know about fuel pressure, didn't thank it was a issue in the 12 v
Its a manual.
I just kept seeing people talking about the black smoke that fogs out the intersection and what not, I would say 40 is all it did do.
I had to slide the plate in ( about the stock place) if not the arm would get stuck under it. should i try to adjust the gov arm and slide if all the way forwards? Would it make much of a difference?? The plate is setting ( about) in the middle,, maybe a hair toward the rear.
played with the afc till i was blue. make a little difference, It has to be all the way forwards to the extreme, the smoke bolt is all the way out.

I'd check the governor arm. My 100 is centered, and I didn't have to adjust it. But it seems to vary.
FP isn't much of an issue, but the overflow valve can fail, and that will limit fuel (power) avallable.

I don't know. Maybe you're slipping your clutch. A #100 plate on a 215 pump and stock clutch will hurt something. BTW, might want to check the CPL numbers on your engine just to be sure that you do actually have a 215 pump. See www.dodgeram.org for info on CPL.

NO the clutch is not slipping, its not near tat strong, Its stock 24 valve strong. NO joke, Its not very much more than it was when i put the plate in.
Yes the pump is the factory 215. that was one of the things i had to look up when i oredred the plate.
When i get it goin in 2 ( normal take off ) 2-3 mph i stomp it, A ( little ) black smoke, It quickly fades to nothing. Althought the bottome end tq 1200-2k is waked up a lot. just no big smoke or real 12 v power to speak of.
where's the over flow valve? thank it really could be starving it that bad?
also it it worth adj the gov to move the plate forwards, its a litle lsee than half way.

No idea on the semi rims, never had the desire to do it to mine, so I've never looked.
The rims on your truck are 8 x 6.5, all 8 lug stuff is, except 99+ Fords.
