Install gauges w/wo Edge Juice+attitude? Fuel press.

Hello everyone, My brother and I finally have dodge trucks. We're in the process of adding fuel pressure gauges because we know that the VP44 pumps are fragile to press loss from the LP issues.

What we are trying to figure out is, do we still install basic mechanical or electric fuel pressure gauges in the trucks even though we would like to buy Edge Juice w/Attitude monitor.
Does the Edge tell you fuel pressure and if so is it accurate. Or should we still connect the regular fuel pressure seperately. Like the Pyro and boost???

Thanks in advance, just trying to finallize guages and chip configurations to have more power and monitor engine.

Mine is a 99 3500 4x4 and his is a 2002 3500 2WD!

i like mechanical for the sake you can physically see how fast the needle sweeps around.

cant comment as to how accurate the edge gauges are.

heres something to seriously consider: if you add injectors in the future and the edge breaks or you replace it with a different module that doesnt have gauges....how do you monitor the vitals?

just a few thoughts to consider...

With the Juice with Attitude on a 2nd generation truck you need no other gauges. It has all gauges and they seem to be accurate for me. Eric

Great so it shows fuel press on the Edge juice attitude setup?
On my Ford Excursion 6.0 no fuel press at all shows..

And I like that Idea of having both mechanical and maybe the one in the attitude! Tks!

ya, don't need anything else, and it's accurate, but ya do need a vulcan big line re-lo kit.

Yep the Juice reads fuel pressure and seems accurate to me. You don't NEED the Vulcan big line kit for it to work. It just helps get more fuel to the VP. Once the Juice is in you see how low your fuel pressure goes and then be able to decide what to do about it.

Great I think I will buy the Edge juice w/ attitude and then see if I relocate the LP to the frame rail.

Anyone know if the Vulcan relo kit with big hose where and how much it should cost.

Also What is the best price for the Edge Juice w/attitude?

I have it on my Excursion for long family trips. Iv'e had the attitude display fo out once and the whole unit take a crap out on me 10 blocks from home. It would leave the truck on no matter if hit hte brake and it would not idle in drive so I had to remove at a parking lot then drive home stock.

Does anyone know if it gives an alert for low fuel pressure like it does for high EGTs?? A warning I mean.

Is the Edge better the Diablo puck with some gauges to match? Power and fuel efficiency??
THks T

Anyone have their 3 gauge pod mounted on the center dash area? Anyone with pictures? I'd like to see how that looks and how to route the fuel mech hose through that area. Or I'' probably have to use elec sender for fuel press and all.

If you getting the Juice you there is fuel in the cab, just a sender that you put on the VP44 or the fuel filter cansister. With there Juice all the wires lead back to the module that is under the cab and there is ONE wire leading into the cab for the Attitude monitor.
