injectors with stock turbo

I used the seach, but can't get a clear answer. My truck is a 01 24v auto. First, what turbo do I have? and second, with a good trany and smarty, how big can I go with injectors without raising the ets too high, with the stock turbo?

It's a slippery slope! When do you stop!

Thanks Bob

I believe you have the HY-35, they don't flow very well so be careful!

you have an HY-35... I think you're going to want to stay pretty mild with injectors else you'll get pretty toasty.

the slippery slope never ends, ask my banker.

Stick with the smarty and 275 injectors and you'll have a combo that spools like none other out there. You'll also have a tranny that will be hating life.

I would say 275's and a smarty would be the max for that HY-35.

You'll prolly still have to feather the throttle on steep grades to keep the EGT's in check.

BobQ,

The guys are right the 275RV's are the way to go with the stock turbo and a Smarty,EZ, Superchips or VA box! We sell this combo all the time and customers love it. The 275's are new Bosch parts and are an easy install too, no core required either.
