what would make you think you injectors are going out? I've never heard of that.
Are you down on power? Could be a dying IP.

ya im down on power, no there are no codes, everyone keeps giving me symptoms for the IP and they dont match whats going on, i think im leading diesel into my oil, wich when you havent changed injectors ushuly meens its getting by one of the seals in the injector, i think that means i cant do something easy like the jammers

i ran mach 4.5s with the stock turbo and with my chip set to 2x3 egts were fine and not a ton of smoke. theres room to grow like when i put on my htt ss62. personally i like the way it ran with bigger sticks and less chip.

If you do a lot of towing I would stay under 100 horse injectors. Do you have gauges? What are your boost and egt #'s?

Well gauges might help you diagnose your problem. You really don't have an idea of whats going on in the engine. Gauges are a great tool when troubleshooting.

Try this trick. Get a paper towel and lay it out flat. Take your dip stick out and let it drip on the paper towel. Watch the drop and see if it spreads out. If there is fuel in the oil, a lighter colored ring should spead out from the dark oil drop. If it just stays in a dark drop then there should not be any fuel in the oil.

how long has this been going on? Maybe apps? 12mpg sounds like a misadjusted apps or one thats going out. That wouldnt explain the fuel in the oil though

The only seals on the injectors are the O-rings and the copper washers at the bottom. There is absolutely no reason you cant do the nozzle replacement. I did the Jammer stage 4 nozzles and I will tell you for 240 bucks shipped to my door the best and most cost effective improvement I have made to my truck. For the cost you can do some assesment on your driving and then if you want bigger or smaller injectors, you will have made a very cheap real world road test. Just be careful going with bigger sticks, cuz you WILL need a bigger turbo real soon. I saw temps in the 1300-1400- range without the box turned up.
