Injectors, Juice and egt's while towing?

I have an 01 six speed 4x4. 4in exhaust and intake. I have a juice with attitude, and im going to get injectors and have an hx 40 ready to put on. Im trying to decide what size injectors either, somewhere between 75-100. I tow about a couple times a week with my 25ft gooseneck and 873 bobcat. Sometimes different things. anywhere from 15,000 to 20,000 pounds behind me. Im really worried about egt's. Does any one have any suggestions or maybe have a similar set up to what time wanting? How much will an exhaust manifold help?

I have a similar set-up. I agree with JAyers, but I have 15 hp more. With these injectors, towing 15K, my egts didn't get over 950 @ 65mph and 1250 going up a steep grade with my foot all the way in it.

My Mach 2s (Don M's) are listed in the classified section. PM me if you're interested or have any questions or doubts.

As you can see in my signature i am running 130hp injectors and the same driveline as you. I tow about the same weight as you on the same size trailer. I keep my edge on TOW stage when towing and I rarely have to back out of it on the long steep hills here in B.C. My 3-piece manifold does help (some say as much as 200F drop in egt's). I wouldn't hesitate to put the 100's in. I'm sure an HX40 will help keep your temps down. If it seems to get to that 1200F mark too easily than you can change your manifold. Another nice thing about the manifold is it comes with two holes tapped and plugged for your pyro. If you buy a manifold use the rear pyro hole which is exhaust from the rear 3 cylinders. They always run a little warmer than the front 3. Hopefully your pyro is in the manifold right now and not in the down pipe. The drop in egt's after the turbo is a lot and you won't really know what kind of heat your turbo is being fed. I hope this helps.
