injectors or juice?
I put in some new injectors a while back. When the truck is at low RPM's it has a herky jerky hesitation. I posted this problem few weeks back. A couple members said it could be the cold temps and one member said to send my juice back in and have it set for bigger injectors. I'm looking for more advice here now. I pulled a trailer last weekend and the herky jerky was really bad at 1500-1600 rpm. At 1800-1900 it was a lot better but still did it. And it appeared to go away with the juice turned off. It was hard to tell because I had to give it alot more throttle to keep it going in the "stock" mode. My question is... should I send the juice back or is it because my injectors are to big? It is really annoying when pulling the trailer. I'm getting ready to go to Cloverdale Indianna in a couple weeks and I have to pull a trailer. I don't want to drive that long with the truck acting like that. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It depends on what settings you are using for low fuel boost and level as far as how bad things will jerk. Also, any lugging and it'll get worse.
The bottom line is that the Edge products have some cold weather twitchiness. Mostly due to the timing package. But it can be improved by using lower levels, running a less aggressive low boost setting and keeping the engine rpms up.

I have good fuel pressure. (19-20 lbs) I did some more testing last night and it seems to do the jerking with the edge juice on level "0". It will do it at around 1200-1300 rpm without a trailer. I guess I will wait and see if it does it when the weather warms up. Its supposed to be 52* today. As of right now I dont think its a problem with the edge juice. Will the cold weather affect the injectors that much?
I also checked the drive shaft. And all seemed okay.

any codes? maybe a APPS issue if it happens in the same throttle posn, throttle posn and RPM are not the same at different setting on the juice, so when you switch to stock settings you need more throttle posn at the same rpm especially when towing.
For what its worth I live in a colder climate than you do, and I dont have big injectors but I dont have any issues with fuel or juice because of cold
