Injectors And Delivery Valves!
On a 1994 12v...Looking at a set of bosch 370 injectors and a set of scheid high flow laser cut delivery valves. The truck has 5" turbo back, gauges, BHAF, and moderation between the knee and floor mats. other than auto tranny work is there anything else that this truck would need to operate properly?

Not necassarily, you can run them but the smoke will never clear and your EGT's will be insane. Don't buy laser cuts, instead get ahold of some "half cuts" of if you feel that you need every bit of fuel you can I believe it is JL Machine that with cut the collar down to just .5mm with a sharp 90* edge left. This will net almost as much fuel flow as laser cuts but be capable of less smoke, egt's and in general just clean up better.

What about the regular, non-laser valves? would that clean things up a bit. All he's really looking for is a street drivable truck that won't gulp down the fuel when its not asked to...but will put a hurtin' on the occasional ricer with a "sweet" muffler.

I bought a set of dv's a couple of months ago that were suppose to be high flow but I think they were jus 191s. With those and 370s and a stock turbo with my foot in it never gets less than a haze. I can boost launch mine with the auto in it and by the time I get to bout 85 or 90mph egts are about 1700. You can drive with these everyday with no problem or at least I did.

just do 181's should be all you need. and get it timed to 15.5 should get rid of alot of the smoke, i have a 0 plate full forward on my 97 and before it got it timed at wot there would be pretty good haze, now after being timed at wot, there is almost no haze.
