Injectors, cast your vote
Which ones would be MOST EFFICIENT with the setup I have..I want to keep the stock turbo and just upgrade the fuel system. I want that extra bottom end that the comp lacks. Oh and would like to keep the clutch hangin on for a little bit. I've considered Mach 1.6's, but they are just too expensive. RV 275's not enough. What do yall think?

Smarty gets my vote! It sounds like you are happy with the top end power, and just looking for more low end. The Smarty should put a big smile on your face.

too much money, for the price of the smarty I might as well get the 1.6's. Trying to fit this into a "college budget"... What will you got more all-around response on, 1 box and new injectors, or 2 boxes and stock injectors?

I would go for the 1.6's for sure. Mine are just a tad larger and man I love em'. Still running the stock charger too. And especially since you are like me and you have a H.O., they like new sticks! I think its easier on the ole' pump too.

I would talk to Patty at Haisley Machine they have a good set of either 60hp or smoker 90's. The 90's in my oppion are a little underrated and are very good strong hp injectors. I have a few friends that are running your current setup with the 90's and just let me say wow.

If the Smarty is not an option, I would vote for some Jammer nozzles. I love mine and you can' beat the price. Go for the Jammer 3's, and if your egt's start to get a little warm while towing, just turn the comp down a notch or two. The nozzles can be bought brand new for under $200, which fit right into my budget

I'd agree with the Jammer IIs or IIIs too
I am in the same boat. Would like to get the Mach 1.6s, but they are just too spendy. I keep waiting hoping a used set will come up or someone will offer a good deal on some, but it just hasn't happened.
I'm debating between the IIs and IIIs.
I think a clutch would be mandatory though.

My vote would also go to jammer nozzles if you trying to get the best bang for you buck. BD has EDM nozzles. I had some of their 90HP nozzles I put on my factory bodies. They did ok for a while. Then I needed bigger. Price is around 250.

Check with JR Adkins. I'm running a set of his stage 4's in my truck right now and I couldn't be happier. The truck runs smooth and has no bucking or rough idle like the jammers do (although the bucking can sound cool at times!). Plus the power is unreal. I'd give JR a call. Just my $.02

If you're looking for bottom end, go with an EZ and RV 275s. It really woke my truck up on the bottom, still with a gain on top too. Watch the classifieds for a good deal, got mine for $450 to the door. It's also all the stock clutch wants for the time being.
