fueling boxes will always make more heat over injectors, b/c boxes flow way more fuel than can be burned which = heat. you could probably have those same temps with stock injectors. so go ahead and get those m4's youll be fine. they have a guy on here running m5's with your setup, i talked to him and he said its alittle toastier than he would like but its controllable. you will be happier with the m4's IMO.

heres the pm quote from elandon1201:
I have the 14cm Housing I can hit 1500 degrees still but not nearly as easily as I could before with dd2's and stock charger. I would suggest MACH4's before MACH5's though, I am thinking about stepping back to 4's.

this is elandon1201 truck , i hope he dosent mind.

this should help with your decision, you should be fine considering hes running the HOT JUICE.
good luck, brian.

Thanks for the advise. I'm going to try the M4's, I think I'll replace my stock lp with the FASS before I do this though. What do you guys think?

definitely do that. you know you get away with the M4.5's if you wanted since your running the regular juice. remember to try and do it right the first time, to save money.
edit: nevermind i forgot about the miller in the back.

good luck, brian.

Good choice to take care of fueling before going with new sticks.

Before I commited to buying the F-1's, I would take a look at DDP injectors. IMHO they are the best available. They haven't been around as long as the F-1's, so they don't have as many people using them. In fact, I'm really surprised that no one else has suggested them. I have Stage 5's and they are awesome, very smooth idle (they are all balanced so they flow the exact same lpm), low smoke and they make the power! Take a look here, www.dynomitediesel.com, you will not be disappointed.

Good Luck!

Has anyone else used these injectors?

The #'s in my sig were posted with these injectors and a Comp. No Smarty or Fass. On injectors only (no electronics) I ran 410 HP, I can't recall the torque. The really cool part was almost no smoke. Guy's that were there couldn't believe how clean it was. DDP's run smoother, you can hear the difference!
