Dr Evil.
Very first things to start with IMHO (in my honest opinion) and I think youll find many will agree, Yes get a new lift pump. FASS 150 would be great. And get gauges too!!!

I would leave out the injectors and bigger turbo. Start with a chip/programmer cause its easy adjustability over set fuel air from sticks and turbo.

Look at the Quadzilla Adrenaline or EDGE juice with attitude. Both have digital gauges so you wont have to buy chip and gauges seperate.
that way you can run either on a lower stage and not have to worry about a stock trans.

Intake and exhaust are a must as well. Helps the truck get the air it needs.

1.Lift pump
2.Guages
3.chip/programmer
3.Juice or Quadz Adr comes with gauges
3. Intake/ Exhaust
4.Upgrade trans parts
5/6.bigger injectors
5/6.Bigger turbo

Agreed. It is funny to me how alot of guys will pay top dollar for clutch, then turbo, exhaust etc. but buy some chinese knockoff injector. DDP is top of the line and worth every penny. F1 is also a great choice.

Throwing a quick question in here. What trans are you guys running to support all that hp. For those running autos anyway.

have a question. Before in stalling the upgraded sticks, should one add/upgrade

the fuel pump? A Fass 150?? Yes, i went though a a couple of factory style lift pumps and a Holley blue and wished I would have bought my Air Dog right away

My other question is how can I increase fuel mileage?? Timing box (tuner) and a small set of sticks. Well known mileage combo is an Edge EZ with RV275s (40Hp)

Banks claims there system will increase fuel mileage by I think 10-15 percent? You will get better results with a less expensive option. (I know for a fact I had the stinger plus package on my truck, and now the only banks thing left, is most of the exhaust.)

If the turbo and sticks are upgraded at the same time, what is used to manage the two?? Not sure what your looking for here

Do I need a tuner now as well as just the turbo/sticks?

I would like to bring my Dodge to reliable daily driver 350-400hp / 650-700lb of torque If your looking for this power range, I would go with a set of RV275s and the tuner of your choice with a stock turbo. I ran an EZ stacked with a fueling box, 275's hx35 and hit 370hp and 830 tq on the dyno. It was a great work truck combo with good mileage

I also don't wan to blow up my tranny. NV4500. I have yet to repair my trans, it has 5 seasons of snow plowing and tows farm equipment a hand full of times in the summer

I tow kinda heavy 19K GVW. but, when empty, I want to get 22+MPG or more.

Is this possible?
Hope this helps, i have had fantastic luck with this truck, it works yet and has been it the latest power level (check sig ) for quite a while.

I read about the hype of those injectors for a while. I bought a used set of Mach 4'sm from a member on here and I think they live up to there reputation, truck has never idled smoother, makes great power and still gets descent mileage. What else can you ask for.

Don't know your question, but yes the 110's stick will run on a stock VP (I have a set in my truck). I've used sticks up to 250hp increase on a stock pump. F1 does nice stick as DPP. I've run both. Could give a try to SDX

ya he just said with the 100 hp sticks, the sock pump wouldnt have enough fuel at top end. unless he's just saying that for liability reasons? i dunno
