I know most of you guys have the 24v. But I'm looking into inj. turbo buys real soon also for my 12v. I'd love the DDP 4's or Mach's equal, but I'm running a single turbo for now, and leaning toward a II PS 62/14 (II's recommondation) and use it in twins later. I just don't want egt issues with daily driving and the "recreational" weekend racing or just poor street manners having too much injector for the turbo. Should I consider smaller sticks or a larger turbo, or will the above work out? By the way, DDP says the 4's are fine with that turbo, even though there site say go with a 66 or larger turbo.....

I have had a HX35/40, a HTT 62/14 (same as II PS62/14) and both of these turbos were to small to clear the smoke my DDP4s put out. Plain and simple is I would run out of turbo and the EGTs would already be through the roof.
I just put a Silver Bullet 64 on 2 weekends ago and I must say I think this turbo is here to stay.
I adjusted my plate, set the afc to full fuel at 25psi and loosened the smoke screw to just barely touching. The turbo starts to make boost at 1650rpm and is fully lit at 1750-1800 rpm, clears the smoke and the egts after a WOT 1/4 mile run stay right around 1600*.

I also have to tell you I have alot of porting and polishing done to my cylinder head. That alone dropped my egts with the 62/14 200* and helped the turbo to full spool at 1450rpm.

For your truck I would suggest the SPS62. Or even a PS64. I just feel that you will run out of turbo with the DDP4s.

Do like I did, call Industrial Injection and talk to the man himself, Brady. He was the one who suggested the Silver64 for me. I was told by all the other guys there to go with a SPS64 or a Silver62. Now, he is VERY difficult to get ahold of, but it is time well spent waiting on hold, because he will talk your ear off about turbos.

Also, I have a 5sp. manual.

dieselman2300 i have 01 dodge modded vp44 4inch exaust afe bladerunner fass150 ndp billet tranny k@n cold air stage2 jammer(80horse) injectors edge hot juice and smarty. i just put on a htturbo 62/65/13 ss and the turbo is set at 45 psi, my problem is that im only hitting 38 psi and my turbo dont start spooling till 2000 rpm and when i get too 2000 rpm i have no smoke what so ever and my egts are 1200. what you think is going on you think my stage2 injectors are too small and thats why im not hitting more boost and why is my smaller turbo taking it till 2000 rpm too get into it power band and you silver 64 spools before my turbo?

I really cant answer you questions, because I run a 12 valve.
If it was me, I would first start looking for boost leaks.
Just looking at the Jammer stage 2s, they should spool that turbo.

Like I said, Im a 12valve guy, never owned a over valver.

Post up your problems here and you will get ALOT of help.
