Injector questions?

Injector questions?
I am in the market for some new injectors. I am wanting something to add more hp, torque, and smoke. I do not want injectors that will decrease mileage drastically. I want something with controllable smoke but will lay the road out in black whenever I want it too.
I was thinking about getting the Edge Stage 3 Injectors. They are +100hp and +200 torque.
What are everybodys opinions on the Edge injectors?
Also, any other recommendations for injectors?

You can't go wrong with these. I dyno'd there this morning.

I am running the F1 Diesel injectors. So, far, I have not been disappointed!!
Check out this link for dealers.
BTW, Rip has always treated me right!

Well then you have to ask yourself what a few of those parts maybe exactly. having a port and polished head with a bigger turbo can go a long ways for air depending on how its done. Any set of 7x14 new style injectors work well de to the fact they have a good spray pattern and smoke control is extremely nice. You could play around with the pop off presure as some do but I usually like to see about 300bar. Either way, if you plan on adding that stuff later, whatever injectors you get to match that setup will prlly be too big for the truck right now unless you don't mind rolling a bit of smoke for the mean time. Then again you can just get a set of 8x18s like me and say screw the whole green house effect story lol.

I wouldn't mind rolling the smoke for the time being. Only thing I am concerned with is with the bigger injectors it says must be used with a larger turbo. What would this effect running them with the stock turbo for a while?

Too much fuel and not enough air makes for lots of smoke and lots of EGT's. If you are towing, not a good idea. If you are just commuting, an overfueled truck is easy to handle. Can even be done smoke free if you have some self control.
