injector question
Hey I have an 01 Dodge 24 valve with the edge juice w/ attitude, cold air, straight piped and fass lift pump. What hp injectors would be the best to add for my truck right now? I was thinkin of 75 or 80, would that sound right? The truck is my daily driver, but i occasionally pull and run it some to.

Without a turbo upgrade, the higher HP injectors may just be too much for daily driving. The stock turbo can only handle 350hp reliably so adding more than the attitude on hot can produce will get toasty.

There are alot of things that determine what size you can run. Such as your location at sea level or in the rockys. Other things such as are you will willing to turn edge down when towing and do you have the self control to do it. With that said i have 100 hp in my truck and just turn the tst off if I want to tow and it does fine as in below 1300 egts and that is towing a skid steer or excavator. I have seen people run up to a 150 hp on a stock turbo but IMO that is pushing it to tow very heavy.

I have Juice/attitude and 80hp injectors, used as a daily driver. Have not towed much, but I can worry the pyro gauge pretty fast with just a quick WOT run, I have not tripped the EGT alerts (set at 1370) yet but 99.9% of my 8hr daily use is intown, so lots of light to light right foot workouts. I have an auto, so the smaller turbo, I think if you go more than 100hp your going to run pretty hot.
