I bought some jammer 3's from him about 2 months ago. Nothing bad to say at all. Everything good.

I have heard they are fine. But you can get em even cheaper through Jeg's. 1-800-345-4545. Tell them you want BD XXX pulse nozzles. Get the part numbers off of the BD web page price list. They come in four stages. I got stage four. They were $258 for a set of stage fours about a year ago.

Is it ok to just put the nozzles on without having a fuel shop do the pop off testing on them?

Well, I did not have them tested, but that was because I put the nozzles on RV 275's that I bought less than a year previous. So they were fresh. If you have lots of miles on your injectors, and then have them apart to put the nozzles on, it would make sense to take em to a shop and pop test and have them shim if necessary.

I'll take a stab at it. My guess is black.

Really, I've heard the Jammer 3's will smoke a good bit.

I would guess that the jammer 3's would be VERY streetable. I wouldn't get anything less than that, you'll just want more. I can drive these Jammer 4's every day and keep up with traffic just fine with NO smoke at all if I'm paying attention.

But it can turn into a crop duster if you want to. I try to drive it as clean as possible. I would say that Jammer 3's would be absolutely fine.

i have not yet found just the nozzles listed. all i can find is complete injectors. my question would be, if one were to buy ust the nozzles, install them, is it just like buying the whole injector? less the testing ect....?

Well, i would like to 'refresh' my 175k nozzles.. Marine one is out of question, and the Mach are not available anymore for 12v, so im roaming sites to find something.. Laser DV could be nice too.. Is there a lot of difference in flow compare to 191's ?

I am still not too clear about the difference performance wise between replacing the whole injectors v. injector nozzles. I have a 2002 with one of the older vanaakan boxes and 4 inch exhaust. Which would you guys reccomend, injectors or nozzles? And What will my clutch be able to handle? BTW I do use my truck to tow, a boat that weighs about 10-11k on trailer.
