Injection Pump Wire..
Ok after all the trouble ive had getting my TST box to work due to not getting a good connection on the pump wire ive decided to cut the pump wire in half....and put circle connectors on the two ends and then a circle connector on the TST harness wire and then put them together and run a bold through the 3 circle connectors......I know I would have a good connection then but would there be any concerns for me about cutting that pump wire in two??? I really dont want to but im about to my witts end on this thing....

Taking advice from me on installing a tst might be like taking diet advice, but,...
I've been there
Pull the fuse out and check it with a multimeter. Check and see if you're getting 12-15v between pins 9 (pump wire) and 5 (ground). I pulled my ground and grounded at the intake horn and I've getting better voltage so hopefully when my tst comes back from being tested/upgraded it will work.

well ive tried a few different connectors with the same conclusion on all of them...they work for about 10 minutes and then they stop...I can go back in and tighten them up with pliers and then they will work a few more times and then it just loosens or something....I think this way I wont have to worry about it...it will always have a good connection

Ok so if the wire is not damaged beyond repair why don't you just order the Stealth cover and be done with it.
Make sure the wire is still connected and it did not get broken. i would then get some of that liquid electrical tape and goop up the pump wire where it was penetrated.

the core of wire is stiff, so you can cut a big part of the plastic cover off of it with out cutting the wire in side, then you can strip the wire from the tst about 1" and wrap it good or soider it then cover it with liquid tape Then itll will be good. I've seen Dad do this when he gets mad

as for cutting the wire, i dont think thats smart. Because what if you sell the tst? or have to take it off for some reason? i stick with the soldier or liquid tape....
