measure twice cut once thats the best tip you can get and before you cut your hole in the bed put the stacks T and set the them where you want them to go while together to make sure it is in the right place to cut your whole

After you get your pipe through the bed put everything together get the fit and hight of your stacks that you want then put two marks at every joint. Then when you pull it out of the truck to weld it up you know that once your done welding it will fit just like you wanted, also it will keep you from having to put it back in the truck if a connection slips.

try not to use anything other then a hole saw to cut the hole, especially a sawzall with a 14" carbide blade (i got anxious and wanted to do it that night instead of waiting till morning to get the hole saw) looks like crap now, guess i just need a bigger stack to cover the hole haha

Did you just add the stack since the dyno day?

i put mine in, in about an hour make sure u have all the peices ... i had some trouble gettin the L brackets to mount to the stacks, the clamps were 7' & when i when to clamp them the stack wouldent slide down any more so it clamped on more of a 5' of the lower part of the stack.. it still works but a **** off.. i used a grinder to start the hole, then a reciprocating saw to open the hold , air chisel to open up a lower bed rail, & a die grinder to finish it off... haha i was to excited to wait to get a hole saw... i have a spay in liner so i bought some rocker gaurd n sprayed all the cut metal on the top & bottom of the box .. keep the rust out ... you pretty much need a hand to install them when your tryin to find the spot to fit them on the box... always good for a second opinion for how true they are..
good luck & they are crazy loud on the high way .. lol
