Info on lift kits?
Im looking at a few different kits, but Im wondering whats the deal with the longer stops that go with them? If Im adding height, cant I use the extra suspension length to soak up bumps? Are any kits made that will use the stock stops and just have a longer shock stroke?
Im thinking of only going 3" up front to keep my thuren bar without a drop bracket to weaken things, and an add a leaf plus a block to get 2" or 3" in the back. I want to get longer coil springs instead of spacers also.
I found a set of wheels off a 2000 chevy that I want to use, looks like theyre the same bolt pattern and all, but they have larger tires.
