Why not get the Edge Juice then? That way you get power and gauges. Banks products are usually overpriced for what you get, so I'd personally look at other options.

Thats what I'm leaning towards. My buddy claims Banks has things in the tuner to protect your motor and Edge doesn't. Heard of such a thing?

Heres what Banks says about the Big Hoss:

Incorporates a mission-critical safety-circuit design that functions as an engine and transmission watchdog. The built-in self-diagnostics ensure that the device has no negative effect on the vehicle's electronics.

Edge says nothing about protecting you motor. And right now since the Big Boss is on sale for $415 vs the Edge $494 its the better $$$ deal.

Which trans do you have? If you have an auto, an Edge box will probably hurt the stock tranny. However, I agree that Banks is overpriced and that you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere....

The banks is only a 65hp box, while the Juice is 120hp. It also looks like the banks is non-adjustable. The juice you can set different presets, like max egt's, turbo timer, and whatever else. Its been a while since I paid attention to VP stuff. But I'd go Edge over Banks, no thinking twice.

Looks like the Big Hoss is comparable to the Edge EZ.

Start saving your pennies for a built tranny!
You'll be needing it sooner rather than later...
