I'm on the fence...
I'm not sure of what I want to do. I'm thinking of getting rid of the edge w/attitude and going with a smarty and pod gauges. What has more power? The edge on 5 or the Smarty on 9? Or would I be better off buying the Hot Unlock? I do some pulling, but not a lot. I have a 7000 lb fiver and a pulling tractor and trailer that weighs 16000. Does the Hot Unlock really make that much difference? It don't add any more H.P. or torque. Please help me decide. Thanks!

Buying a smarty and selling the EDGE is a step backwards as far as power. Edge adds about 120 and Smarty is good for 60hp.
The hot unlock allows fueling up to 3200 rpm instead of cutting it back at 2700. The hot unlock feels a little stronger but is primarily designed to help drag racers who turn more than 2700 rpm.
By the way, the edge on power level 2 should make the same peak HP as a smarty on 9. The smarty just hits a little lower in the rpm range.
Your best bet for more power is larger injectors and a bigger turbo.

You think I need bigger injectors then what I have now? I could prob use a larger turbo. Maybe I will just stack the edge with the smarty. I also trying to get rid of the torque management.
