If I get sticks, will I need a turbo?

75HP DDP's

I am getting them...

Do I need a turbo?

And how hard is a GSK to install?

gsk is easy to install, as far as turbo many run 370s with a stock 35 it would get warm but as long as your limiting fuel with the 10 its controllable

I don't know what the deal is on mine... previous owner had some injectors go bad and replaced the set, but don't know what with. They smoke like crazy and if I drop from 5th to 4th, my EGTs fly above 1300 pretty fast. If these are stock replacements like he thought, I'd go with at least a hybrid turbo. Lord knows I need one.

You will be fine if you advance your timing, as said lots of people run 370's on the stocker and DDP3's should be IMO a cleaner, cooler injector. I am running some BIG sticks in mine with the stocker still and daily driving is very controllable and for towing all you need is a valet switch A GSK isn't hard to install it is just time consuming...

I used that as my guide and all went well! Infact I am going to be putting in my 4GSK as soon as it gets here

If you put those DDP3's, 3GSK and bump your timing to 16*-17* you will have a whole new truck!

Agreed here

ull need a charger tho, even with the smaller injectors, just to keep things cooler, if ur not much into hot roddin, the truck will be much sweeter respondin 0-60, Just talkin out of experience with 370s and a stock charger...

Ok my bad those would be DDP2's... haha that would be a good combo IMO with the stock charger. An upgrade would be good turbo-wise but not 100% necassary. You could adjust your plate, AFC, and starwheel position to control your EGT's. Do you tow? If you don't tow put some ARP's in there and bump the timing to 17*-19*, it will have a little less bottem-end but rip and roar up top. My EGT's top out at 1550* at 97MPH in 4th gear with my BIG injectors, plate 2/3 way forward and AFC setup.

Slide the plate forward before you get so set on injectors! There is another 50hp to be had there.

Turbo would be a good idea.. I have switched to a slightly bigger S300 and still have EGT issues. Addin sticks would be even more of a problem for me.

YES! If you want to use all the throttle, especially for towing, you will need a bigger turbo, S300 variant (BD SuperB, etc.) would work very good.
