You can get 400+ HP with a set of 215 injectors, a 0 or 100 plate, 16.5* timing, some AFC work, 3k or 4k GSK and a stock turbo.

Its been done MANY times.

Stock turbo? Yup, for about a 2 second swing on a dyno queen. Using 400hp on the street with the stock turbo on a 12V begs for destruction. Popping up a 400# on the dyno is cool, but not much use in the passing lane.
