I just installed my Rancho 9000x!

I have to say they were a pain in the rear to install the front pair but what a difference (make sure you have a strap wrench). The old shocks looked origional and the truck has 106k miles.

Driving with all set at 5 for now when not towing. My overload springs (camper package) don't even hit any more. Turned the rears up to 8 and towed my horse trailer and was smooth as silk.

The best 209 buck I have spent. Got them at Samsoffroad. ;D ;D ;D

Sounds good! I have the "old" RS9000's on my rig and if i could change it i would definitely want the newer 9-way adjustability...5 settings just doesn't cut it

Re:I just installed my Rancho 9000x!

Recently installed the 9000's on my truck and there is a noticeable differance. For April there is a special on, buy three get one free. Also the dealer gave me a half price deal on the front installation so knowing what a pain they are to install, had him do it. Did the easy rear's myself.
Have a set of OEM shocks for sale, only 5000 miles on them. ;D Come and get 'em.

Re:I just installed my Rancho 9000x!

I use to have the 5-way adj. awhile back. Have since changed them due to $$, wish I still had them. They now make a 9-way adj. ???

Do they still have the remote feature if you wanted to make the adjustment change from inside the cab?

However, I replaced all the plastic rancho fittings with brass ones and a thicker teflon air line. Works alot better!
