Forrest, TAG is great isn't it?
Dave from DPP emailed and suggested turning the TAG around from the way the instructions say to install it, big end facing the turbo. Guess someone figured out it's even quieter in backwards.
Give it try and see what you think, I haven't tried it with mine yet.

I wish I could get it to quiet down the dodgezilla wonder whats preventing it from quieting things down.

I run afe now and will try scotty next week or so.

Bob, does the Dodgezilla have a silencer ring? The HX40 does not.

If you're changing to the Scotty II, get ready for lots more noise. I did some deadening in the cowl area. I've got some pics in the readers rig.

Did the TAG effect the EGT's with the Scotty at all?

If it did not, then several folks that may not have purchased the Scotty before, might now.

the dodgezilla has no silencer ring. Forrest this will be the scotty 2 with no cowl hole for testing

We haven't done our own testing with the Scotty II and the TAG yet, however Kurt Yardley did share that a few of his customers have been running B1s, TAGs, and the Scotty II with great success. There does not appear to be any influence on the EGTs, however the in-cab noise is substantially reduced. Yardley reported that one customer installed a silencer ring with a TAG mounted on it, and it cut the noise of the Scotty II equipped truck down to a level lower than that of a MegaCannon equipped truck.

Over the next few weeks, we'll have some test trucks running TAGs with B1s and Scottys to get our own impressions of the combo.
