hx40 flange, 4" downpipe exhaust brake
i searched and didnt turn up much. im looking for an exhaust brake for the 4" downpipes utilizing the hx40 flange. can anyone please point me in the right direction for what i need? heres a link to what i am thinking will work - i just want to clarify with those who know or have experience:

will this in fact fit my application? it says 4" downpipe and requires the hx35 users to get an adapter to step down to the 3". can someone please clarify? the selection for the automatic trans has everything i will need, correct? anyone use this kit and how do you like it? all help appreciated.
thanks,
jeremy

Why look for the turbo mounted brake?
Buy an inline 4" brake, either a PRXB or BD, and put it under the truck next to the gearbox. Done deal, and if you later upgrade the turbo you just change 1 piece of pipe for $20 rather than losing a $1k brake.

Yes but it is the turbo mounted brake.
Inline brakes are straight and not like the turbo elbow. They replace a cut out piece of the downpipe:
