Ive been reading for about and hour and still have a few questions im not understanding. Fort starters is this a decent pair. I didnt find much saying it was. But after reading I found this set up:
550HP towing/daily driving
hx35/s400 twins (600HP+ go with s300/s400)
5x.014 injectors
Head Studs
4K GSK
60# valve springs are a good idea
AFC tuning!
3pc manifold
HX-52 is 67/71-16 T4 Or and HX55 which i cant find the sizes for.
Ive read External wastegates, drilling the wastegate on the 35 so all 6 cyl are on to balence drive pressure. Honestly im getting a bit confused. So if I run a 35/52or55 set up at 55 60 PSI how do i go about tuning the twins what needs to be done to the 35 to safely run for DD applications. Im looking for 450-550 BHP and twins are something i would rather have then a single. If im thinking to hard about this plz let me know.
If i can just bolt this together and set the WG on the 35 at like 20 psi will that be fine?
At hat PSI would 17 degrees on the pump be ok ( i live in wisconsin *cold*)?
Does the Head need to be ringed to handle that boost or just a new HG and headstuds?
Exhaust manifold... just to get it running is the stock one ok or is a 3 piece a necessity?
