After talking to Peter, he recommended the "quick diesel" the 64/71/(13?). I have read their little warning though about surging below 2000rpm, I kind of think that the 62 will be enough. I won't be doing studs too soon so want to make sure I am safe.

I never ran the 64/71, but I'll tell you this...the 64/65 wasn't as fun as the 62/71. Egts went down 300* when I switched too. What injectors do you plan on using?

I wanted to let you know that I did adjust my wastegate to 45psi. Before that it would hit 55psi. & spoolup was a little slower. You can see in the video that it hit 50psi with the Adrenaline.

I had thought the New Era diesel 150's would be good, but I might be leaning towards the DDP4's and know that I am getting quality all around (not that New era's aren't, just there are near as many users to talk too)

Well I was running a Smarty and a Edge drag comp with 100hp jammers and never got it over 44psi with the W/G turned all the way up. Now I still have the 100 hp sticks and I'm running a old Blue chip blue box and I still hit 44psi max. I wonder when I get the 4.5's in and the new Quad box if things will change?

ADAM3291: yeah I got MikeD's Mach's and I am Happy But it sounds like you got what you were looking for in the end good luck! Knowing me I'll be wanting bigger as soon as I put them in! LOL

As far as I know, they are essentially identical.

He wasn't afraid, except for that time that I had the broomstick.

I just got them before I left for Denver on business and I was there for over a week so now that I'm back my brother who has the heated shop is leaving for Cali. so I have to wait I am pretty die hard about my truck but it's like -15 out right now and it's bad enough crawling on cold stiff colts but at least they can get you warm quick, laying over a cold engine just doesn't appeal to me as much at this point .

(Let the verbal abuse begin )

Just build a fire in an old 55 gallon drum and you can work all day or better yet ask for the keys to the heated shop.

Man, I'll tell you how to install the injectors... You don't have to wait for you brother to install them for you. Just give us an update when you get them in.
