HTT stage III turbo upgrades here

Ok guys, just got HTT's stage III turbo upgrades (housing/ wheel) for my 90 cummins, i was just wondering if it is easier to change with the turbo on or off the truck??? and what type of socket do i need to change the dang wheel? lol

It is going to be easier to do while it's off the truck. As far as special tools, if it's like my WH1C, the nut on the exhaust wheel is going to be a 12 point. I want to say 17 mm, but i'm not 100% sure. The compressor side is going to be either a 6 or a 12, I guess they used both. Don't remember the exact size though. Sorry, not much exact info here, but it's really a pretty straightforward job. Pretty much just unbolting and bolting back up.

ok so is it possible to do one the truck, i was looking at it and thought it would be easy to do on the truck.

You cound probably do it on the truck. But I would take it off . The turbine side I think is a 11/16 or 13/16" and the compressor nut is a 1/2". The threads on the compressor nut are left hand. So make sure your torque wrench will read correctly left handed. If its a clicker make sure it clicks before you try it.. Trust me I know..
