Question HTS Valve Body

Hey Guys.. Just wondering if anyone is running an HTS valve body, and how you like it? I won a $100 gift certificate to HTS Yesterday for dynoing my truck, and I was wondering how everyone liked theres. Thanks!

I'm running a full HTS. Great trans, and great customer service.

Thanks. I was a little pressed for time earlier, and couldnt get all my questions in. How do you like how it shifts? Does it seem to downgear when it should, and not hold gears. My Transgo stays in 3rd until you are going really slow, and I dont like that about it. Id like for it to downgear right off when I lay the pedal down in 2nd or 3rd if I am going slow enough. I emailed Dusty, and he said I could get it so that I can lockup in all forward gears(which is also what I want). His VB is a little cheaper than most others at $375, and with my gift certificatwe, that is saving me $175 or so. As long as it does what I want(shifts better, and lockup in any gear), then I will be happy. I have one more question though. When they say lockup in any gear; does that mean I can put the shifter in manual 1st or 2nd, and lock it up? I want to be able to lock, and hold 1st, and 2nd. Thanks again for any help.

I really like the valve body. Shifts are very firm and it kicks down a gear like it should. I've watched Dusty make a valve body and there are so many "little things" it amazing. As far as the lockup in any gear I didn't have Dusy do it, so I'm not much help.

I'll buy that gift certificate from you for $10 =]

How did you end up with a Goerend? $100 off sounds good.

Also looking for folks using the HTS Valve Body. Dusty was great to talk to on the phone and would be local to me if I ever had problems.

Wow this is an old thread

I ended up using my gift card for $100 off on my Suncoast Flexplate.

I got a REALLY good deal on my Goerend VB, which worked out better for me in the end anyways.

This thread was started back when i had the transgo.

And yes I know who you are Kyle My Goerend VB aint goin anywhere though
