HT3B questions

What size exhaust housing do I need to look for when using an HX35 as a top turbo? I found one for a real good price. How much is it to rebuild one if it needs it? Anything else I should look for or stay away from? This is a long distance sale so I cannot actually inspect it. Thanks.

The one I am looking at has an A/R of 23 which I assume means the housing is a 23 cm.
