HT3B good for stacking?

Clean up down in the inlet on the exhaust housing, and it should tell you what size. It will just be a bog number engraved into the housing, but it will probably be packed with soot till you take a wire brush and clean it out.

I looked at the exhaust inlet side this mourning and found a number "20" stamped in it. Is this to small? Also, I heard somewhere that it's better to have one big open hole on the Ex inlet rather than a split design (Mine is a split design). Is there any truth to this? Thanks for the help.

That's great news! All I'm looking for is in the 500-550 HP range anyways. With some Mach 4.5's or 5's I'd be set up.
Does anyone think I'd have head gasket issues with just having studs and no o-rings on the head in that HP range? Thanks

I would get a BHT-3b/26 for the primary, there cheap as turbos goes. It should work well with the secondary turbo that you've listed. It will work well with bigger mach injectors. I would go out on a limb and state that your existing turbo is to small for your existing turbo, but saying that you would have decent spool-ups. Your existing turbo should almost be able to run the mach 4. If you want to run a fueling box you will max out your existing turbo and have egt issues.

Can the exhaust housing be changed out on these HT3B turbos easily? I'd hate to have pay money for another turbo, maybe I'll just have to match injectors with the turbos I have. How big could I go? Thanks
