HP TQ gains with a smarty?
I can't find numbers on the S-03 for a 99. I found gain numbers on the 3rd gens, but nothing for the 2nd.

i think it only gives about a 65hp increase. smarty for the VP is mainly for bottom end power.

If you have other better than stock mods like injectors or a bigger turbo, you'll be lucky to get 35 extra hp with the smarty. On a bone stock motor, they net 50-65 HP depending on age of injection pump, SO vs HO vp44, etc.

Well craap. Injectors, TST box, Turbo, intake... recommend a box better than a 80HP TST ?

If you have an added wire tap box then I completely agree.

Stock electronics + big sticks + bigger charger =

You are not gonna get bubkas out of it...
