Hp and torque?(Mostly Tq)give me a ballpark guess, need help

OK Here it is 1995 35004x4 auto, stock engine except 370's, bhaf, and plate slid foreward. Now for the problem. The trans keeps popping! 2 years ago bought a PATC master rebuild kit with a billet converter stock valve body modded with the kit for HD towing. last fall the valve body blew chunks So BD sold me a valve body. Then last week I popped the converter hub? (the shaft with the notches that sticks out of it) It lost a piece about the size of a quarter. Now I put in a stock converter and had shift problems and high temp. Had to drive it w/o wires attached a to it so I could get a filter. Drove like a grandma, no problems then. Got 3/4 of the way home and puked out the front seal. Flatbed home and pulled pan again found what looks like a piece of a piston seal in the pan Since I'm poor right now I need to get it going some way. I'm gonna replace the front seal and retest ...(I have to get to work someway) I was paid from a friend in the form of a 1994 nissan pathfinder. It's not in bad shape but has rot in a rear frame section I need to patch. It's for sale or trade, so the 3500 can get going. So if anyone can tell me about what Hp I have, so I can get the right parts to rebuild it, that would be great. Thank you

The 370's are good for around 70-80 hp with the right fuel plate, sliding you're stock one forward doesn't help as much as grinding it down. On a good transmission, you should be seeing around 225-250. A set of 191 delivery valves and a 100 fuel plate should get you past 300-350, this is where you're stock turbo won't be able to provide enough air to burn the fuel. It's always cheaper to build for a lot more hp than you need, than to have to build a transmission twice.
