Question How much power now?

Alrigh I dont have a dyno over here. But what do you hp junkies think I'm making at the rw's?

I have:
Mach 2.5's
COMP
PDR Boots w spring clamps
HX35 running 40 psi.
DTT tranny, 89% TC, towing VB
FASS II 150gph
TC lockup switch
gauges

Thanks! 13FOX OUT!

Since Im not a big dyno guy im only guessing at around 375
You would probably pick-up a fair amount if you werent way over the fuel that HX35 can handle. I noticed a pretty good kick in the SOTP meter by adding the twins in the WOT position. And since your injectors are a little bigger you would probably see more than I did.

I would put you in the 400-420 range..... Go with a larger turbo and get more HP + lower egts. Your motor will be much happier. You might also set your turbo so that max boost is 30-32# this is where I found the HX35 makes the most HP and egts are best. More boost doesn't always mean more HP.

Well to tell you the truth I don't think this turbo has a 12cm housing on it. With my 275 and the COMP on 5x5 I could only hit 1100 on a 6% grade @ WOT. Was very low in my book. Now with the COMP on 5x5 with the 2.5's it will only max out at 1500 which I understand is still to high. I haev been talking to a friend who has been working on these for over 24years and he think maybe I have a big truck hx35 by mistake w/14cm or 16cm housing. I installed a Dodgezilla on a friends 01' and the exhaust housing on it looks just like mine and the exact same size. But I do agree. I bigger turbo is soon to come. But first is head studs and a modified 12v marine gasket before the new turbo. Believe it or not the truck pulls very hard even with the high boost numbers. Egt does not get out of hand unless it on 3x5 on higher and I hammer it.

How does your friend with the Dodgezilla on his 01 like it? What fueling mods does he have? I'm looking into a DZ here pretty soon.

Here is a combination that I put together and then seen the dyno results...

Mach 2.5
TST PowerMax w/remote
PDR HX35/14
ATS Tranny
Scotty II
4" exhaust..

497hp at 1033 lbs of torque...

I seen it!

The guy could run on level 3 all day long pulling a enclosed trailer and things were just fine. Yes...when the box was pushed to level 9..and a short hard run...he could peg his 1600*. But that is not what he did all the time. The truck ran mostly on 3 or below. Level 9 was reserved for kill runs against Fords and Chevys...etc. The fun part he liked doing that when he had his trailer hooked up!

That all depends on how he drives his truck! My buddy ran this combination for 50k and never did kill that 35...They may be small but they are strong...

thats almost what ive got minus the drag in the comp and ive got 130 sticks i guess myself around 420 ish or more. (the chart on edgeproducts.com says that a comp will put you around 320ish at the rears plus 130 at the rears acually give me 450, im just guessing low so i wont be disappointed when she does get dynoed.... ) so youll be more than that.
