How much horsepower?

How many horses can a stock 2000 clutch handle on a 5 speed?

It hard to say what it will handle some handle more and some handle less than others. I have a 2002 with about 350 hp with 40s and 3.55 gears and doesnt slip yet. My guess would be any where from 300 to 375 hp.

My stock clutch held up to jammer 5's and Drag comp. That like 400 ish HP. It would not do takeoffs at all, but if you let the clutch fully engage before you got on it, it did not slip. That said, a good expensive clutch will still slip with this same amount of HP mods if I try a 3rd gear 2800 rpm drag start. So it all depends on how you abuse the clutch. On a side note, a worn out stock clutch will slip in the meat of the power, after takeoff and full engagement, when the boost comes up in every level above 2. If you play much, the stock clutch will not last very long with a box, downloader, "chip", etc.
