Somewhere in the mid 300 range would be my guess. Kind of a wide range but that's my guess.

No timing box, just the wire tap Xzillaraider. If you adjust the boost elbow all the way, how much boost can you get?

Having it set at 30 psi, I'd guess 300-330 HP. If you adjust the elbow to let boost tickle 36 psi, I'd guess 330-360 HP.

You need an Adrenaline only, or stack a timing box with your current setup, XZT+, EZ, Power Puck, Smarty if you're rich. Super chips, anything will help alot with temp and power.

sounds like you need an intake too... that would prolly free up a lil bit of power. cheap performance and gas mileage right there.

i made my own intake kind of, but the xzillaraider says it adds 120hp and 325 torque plus the 100hp injectors, and with the boost elbow i was hoping around low 400 or close to, the xzillaraier adds timing from what i understand unless im wrong

Xzillaraider adds a smidge of timing according to Quad, but not like the XZT+. Quad said that is a mean stack, almost as good as an Adrenaline, just a little less refined. Since you can stack them, the Xzillaraders timing advance is minimal at most.

Jammers are underrated. I'd say 85 HP is more what you are getting out of your 3's. When you add a box to injectors, the box will not give the advertised HP gain in most cases unless you have plenty of additional airflow. I think with your setup, you are getting an honest 160 HP over stock to the ground. 190-200 stock to the ground means 350-360. I'm not trying to get at you or make you feel bad, it just takes a lot to get the numbers. Go for a ride in a new duramax with and Edge Hot Juice. Thats 400 to the ground. Go for a ride in an 04.5-06 cummins with a smarty standard tune. Thats 400 plus to the ground. After riding in one of them, you will notice that your truck feels a little less powerful. Before I got on this site, I used to think my truck felt fast with just RV 275 injectors and an edge comp. I got to ride in a new Lancer EVO MRII after that with two other heavy big guys. With three of us in there, the acceleration was still sickening. It reminded me of riding an older 600cc CBR bullet bike. After learning that that car was high 12's, low 13's with all of us in their, I decided that my truck was a high 15's low 16's vehicle.

But, on the bright side, you can walk away from any gasser 4wd. You can pull out stumps with the torque, and blow a little smoke for fun. When you graduate college and have 20 grand in the bank, build a really fast truck.

I'd go with the xzt+. Its got great bottom end power, and it will add timing. I don't think the older xzt adds any timing. Plus the xzt+ has a usb port in it that you can use to download different tunes to it, including ones that have high idle, turbo timer, and cold engine protection.
Another option would be to sell your current Xzillaraider and buy an Adrenaline. Do a search and you'll see why everyone recommends these

Yeah, get the XZT+ or sell and buy an Adrenaline. The xzt+ is a great box, it just does can bus fueling so your Xzillaraider standard will have to do all of the pump stretch.

The 3rd gen turbo is still being tuned. I am waiting on a boost controller so I can set the wastegate. Right now, it opens 14-16 psi and I cannot clean up the smoke with my Adrenaline on 0. I would just throw a pair of vice grips on the silicone hose but it's the middle of the school week and I can't afford to miss a day just because I was hotrodding my untested coldpiping setup and blew a boot.
