I have 60k on mine, the only thing is my pressure is dropping?? Started out at 19 at idle now 3 yrs later its at 14. Other than that no compliants at all.

I had one fail i think at 10k a bearing went out but the service was top notch and i received a new pump right away. The second pump is still going and I have 70 k on it.

I'm at about 45,000 miles on mine without any issues. I went through 4 stock lift pumps before it.

I have 200k on mine or about 7 years prior to that I went thru 5 stock lift pumps.

never had a problem with a fass, but had to wire 2 of them up to a keyed 12v power source.

Tried changing your Fuel Filter?
I have 140,000 on my 5 yr old FASS. No problems but won't buy another... (personal reasons)!
Change Filter every 50,000 miles. Baldwin BT-372 MPG, 4 micron, glass fliter. $16.00 locally.
