seems most people have good experiences with them..

Me ... well I took some vacation to install my guages.. called them to order and was put on an endless hold.. then they got to me and I ordered them 2 day air... (figured I would get them a few days before vacation).. they didn't show.. called them.. promised shipment.. never showed... called again.. promised next day shipment.. never happened.. Canceled order, blew vacation... called piers and received them exactly when they said they would be to me...

I'll never use Diesel manor or sugest them to anyone...!!

I have to say they were nice enough on the phone.. just didn't deliver as promised... You can do alot to me but don't lie to me...

I do business with them in person. I am probably one of the very few who have. Great folks, they are in New Hampshire, and they are what I would call a family business. I would be patient with them, but even I have my limits of patience. David and his wife do their best too keep up with calls and such so try to cut them some slack. It's not like they have a call center with people sitting at desks waiting for your call. If you still havent had any luck, let me know you name and what you ordered and I'll call them on monday to give them a heads up since you can't call from work.

They have always shipped, billed, and provided a tracking number promptly for my orders.

Applied Rotor Technology is the place where the rotor are made, they would not ship them out till Dec 10 so DM had them in stock and sent them out today.

I don't ship stuff to Canada because most companys use only UPS which rips you off with high brokage fees, etc to cross the boader. I use my US address (shipping receiver) and bring stuff across myself.
