Yes, you could run 100hp, but you couldnt run the comp on that high of a setting for long. i have 100hp jammers and a smarty my egt only get to 1250 at WOT. thats with a hy35 turbo which has a 9cm exhaust housing, you have a 12 so you should be fine. the sticks dont bring that much heat, but the edge does!

When it comes to EGT's and injectors, you can really run any size injector you want, it just becomes more of an issue to start driving by the pyrometer.
You have to learn to watch the guage more in situations that will bring higher EGT's like towing, climbing long grades. When they get to hot, back off the throttle a little and they will come right down.
I have a 100hp injectors and a Smarty and the temps can get up there when I'm pushing it hard. You just back off and you'll be fine.

Very true statement! I was running my 200hp sticks with the drag comp and the stock 35. It was surprisingly manageable. If I was pulling a hill with a load you would have to really watch and try to keep boost up but fueling low. It's do-able, but much more fun when you can burn all the fuel!

You will sli[ your clutch, A stocker cant hold 420hp. Mine held 350 for 10k miles, but the day I put the comp on with the 100hp sticks it would slip on 3x5 in 4th and 5th,

Smoke can be "adjusted" with the go pedal.
Drive it gently with minimal throttle inputs and mine won't smoke at all. Driven with intent, it gets very dark back there
